Within a valley of the mountainous rainforests, lie brilliant stone temples that tower over the trees. Overlooking these temples are caves that contain items that are being prepared for ceremonies yet to take place. The piece is heavily inspired by Mayan culture. The temples are based off the Mayan temples such as Chichén-Itzá. The motifs on the sides of the table are based on statues that are seen throughout Mayan culture. The obsidian knife with the jade handle was an item that was commonly used in blood-letting ceremonies and the clay vessel is based off an item that is sometimes found within burial sites.
